  • No working out or excessive sweating for 5–7 days. You want to avoid sweating.

  • Do not wash the treated area with scented soap. You may use antiseptic soap.

  • Do not shower with hot water as it may cause irritation for the first few days.

  • No saltwater, no exfoliation, pools, and no laser hair removal or waxing on areas for 14 days.

  • Avoid sunbathing or have direct sun exposure on areas for 30–40 days.

  • First 30 days, do not use any type of self-tanning.

  • Gardening/soil contact near the area is prohibited for at least 7 days or until skin is completely healed.
